Benefits are decent, people outside of management are all hard workers

Cons

No consideration of personal growth, no actual leadership, VPs are not forward thinking intellectuals, were stuck in the old days and that is why nothing got done. Discrimination on many levels, some of which were very blatant No strategy or strategic planning Too many family relations or next of kin getting jobs that they didn't deserve

Company used to have a culture of caring for the work lives and personal lives of its employees. Now the culture has shifted to the glory of upper managers at the expense of the line employees.
