Cons
It's an all girl team, usually. Maybe an occasional guy but it's mostly made up of girls. Not that this is a con, per se, but there's just some things you can expect with a mostly female team, like some catty-ness and doing all the lifting lol. The hours can be hard too if you are a full time employee.
