Excellent atmosphere, interesting work and good work-life balance
Pros
Atmire's founders seem to really care about their employees and are sincerely passionate about the work that we do. The company has the energy and buzz of a start-up, yet the experience and maturity of an established firm. There are a number of interesting, well-known universities and global institutions on the client roster, as well as multiple opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. The culture here is very diverse and inclusive as there are various nationalities/languages spoken at the office. Overall a really cool group of people, and a positive experience thus far.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is no longer a canteen in the building where the office resides (it was removed during Covid against our wishes), so you must ensure to bring your own lunch or do a group lunch order with other colleagues.
