      Pros

      Get work experience for beginners looking to start work in graphic design and build up your portfolio for print and web presentation.

      Cons

      Small company with not much exposure, mismanaged and on organized, no health / dental benefits, and no opportunity to grow or increase wages.

      The only positive is that it is close to my home

      Cons

      The most unprofessional staff and management I have ever worked with. They will lie to your face without batting an eye and are very rude. The pay is awful and an insult but it just shows how lowbrow this company is. The place and products are more suitable for a drug den in a poor neighborhood.

      *CEO... enough said *Starts out as a fun, easygoing environment but can quickly become toxic. *Highly unprofessional *Gaslighting, constantly moving the goal posts *No benefits *Low pay *Openly and constantly lied to *Very low chance for growth *Will make you feel bad about working from home *Seems like they’ll hire just about anyone *REVOLVING DOOR / High turnover *Management will threaten to fire designers for asinine reasons *Incompetent directors
