      - Flexibility - People with years of experience and expertise that you can leverage - Not a bad company overall

      Cons

      - Company is separating from Cummins so right now is setting many things up and things that a big company has already standardized they take weeks if not months to do - Experience depends completely on management - Bad organization, no good project management or documentation so it is hard to get up to speed - High expectations and low support to achieve those at least in my experience
