Pros

They have somehow managed to hire some smart and dedicated people to the company.

Cons

The co founders are a complete joke. They burned through 75M of cash because of credit losses. Every day is a new thing that is going to save them - SMB prepaid, mid market, OTR, Uber because they refuse to make decisions. If it wasn’t for their partnerships team the company would have already gone under. They have never been honest with themselves or the company about the finances of the business. Avoid at all costs so they can finally close their doors.

I have reservations about the management practices at this company. There seems to be a lack of proficiency in handling statistical data, resulting in a potential manipulation of results. Furthermore, it appears that past performance, even unrelated to one's tenure, can be unfairly used against employees. The management's response to personal issues is inadequate, lacking empathy and utilizing them as grounds for termination. I have also observed instances of dishonesty from the management team. While possessing multiple degrees and language skills is nice in a manager, they do not demonstrate effective leadership qualities. Although the job itself is straightforward, the overall experience is hindered by subpar management

Pros

Good product to sell and good technology

Bad management , poor oversight, poor communication, lack of accountability. I was fired during my training period because my technology wasn’t working yet I was assured everything was being set up and they were handling it. I did what I was told to do upon being hired which was to reach out to all the business owners in my network and I did. Yet, they decided to let me go. Why? Because the phone system wasn’t working and I was waiting a week for it and that is what I was being trained on. My manager never reached out to see if I was ok. Even when I started making calls and I made 200 calls it only showed 12 calls. Really ridiculous if you ask me. I gave up other offers and was given a 2 week training period and they said that our metrics wouldn’t be counted until after the training yet they fired me and said the training was only 4 days. Yet I had a 2 week training schedule. VERY VERY WEIRD.
