      Work isn't rushed, taking your time and doing your best work is encouraged. Great place to improve your craft and have fun.

      Cons

      Boss can be a little demotivating but not the team. He is a little off the mark and a little disconnected, but he has strong opinions on most things.

      Pros

      You can work in a fun environment with people you get along with. There is a lot you can learn about the industry because it has a well-functioning system.

      Cons
