- A group of very passionate starting up founders, always seeking for ways to be innovative and truly putting efforts/attentions to using embracing culture to cultivate staffs - Willing to offer opportunities to every staff to learn and shine - High level of freedom at work, free and open to enhancement suggestion/s - Many real and sincere actions to show they are truly valuing their staffs' contribution, health and wellbeing - When I work there I really felt how the company treasure each and every single on of her staff

- Current CEO has less senior management experience, but trying his best to manage while bring in the best to bridge crypto to current finance world
