It isn't fair to say Atompod is much like other companies in this industry, but they do stand apart in terms of what they do and how they do it. For example, I've worked for telecom cabling, electrical, doing wiring, phone lines etc. Here, we have to do more than that - routing, switching, IP phone systems & security. I like that I have the opportunity to learn new things, and be in environments that I would have never got to see working at my previous jobs. The main pro here is the opportunity for advancement, and learning. Also management is friendly and what you would expect from a San Francisco bay area type tech company... No big boys club... no arrogance... etc.

Great place to learn and grow in Information Technology Infrastructure - particularly for those post military. Freedom of scheduling that only a family-focused company can give
