      Unbeatable culture and people

      Pros

      - Team - Tight hiring procedures mean that you are surrounded by an incredibly intelligent and personable team - Culture - deliberately and effectively construct culture leads to a fabulous work environment - Leadership - fantastic leadership the entire way up the hierarchical chain - Transparency - Flexible work hours - Location - Systems and processes - fantastic systems and processes in place through JIRA, Slack, Confluence etc

      Cons

      - Pay is inordinately low proportionate to the level of talent Atomi hires - This is not compensated by equity or options. Management is extremely tight in this regard - But this seems to pay off because most junior employees don’t seem to mind. I would likely do the same in management’s shoes

      What a great place to work!

      Pros

      You'll have great flexibility working at Atomi. No problem if you need an hour to pick up the kids or run few errands as long as you communicate it and deliver what is expected from you. Some of us are working fully remotely, but if you want to work in the office it's not a problem either. The average age of the employees is in the 20's so you can expect a young and fun environment. Atomi has a great product vision from our CEO and product owner and a very exciting roadmap for the years to come.

      Cons

      Atomi is still a small company so if you are looking for a more corporate environment it might not be a good fit. I cannot think of any other cons at this point in time

      -Passionate and talented team -Interesting product and mission -Great CEO's and diverse people

      Cons

      -Job security is unstable – I understand that business needs can change, but the way this was handled felt cold and impersonal. -Some managers publicly call out employees in group chats, creating an environment of fear instead of support. This approach felt unnecessary. -Salaries are often below industry standards, and many employees are underpaid relative to their experience and workload.
