Pros
Friendly and creative environment, Agile culture, great technical people, and a product with a lot of potentials.
Cons
- Even though technical people were great, there were only a few senior resources, as the company was not willing to pay high salaries - The desperation for revenue at all costs, cause management to shoot in many different directions, which cause an extreme lack of focus and building many different half-backed features that would eventually frustrate the customers - Too many inappropriate jokes that were even practiced by management

There is a lot of opportunity to display creativity and implement new ideas. All opinions are heard and considered equally. Great culture and plenty of time to bond with the team.
Cons
The office environment can be distracting and it can be difficult to be productive at times.
