      Pros

      Great company culture. Can no rave enough about the way they conduct business. Owners are very involved in the day to day activities. They truly care about their employees and clients. Flexible schedule and great benefits including healthcare, 401k, and extensive vacation time. They also encourage and cover any training/certificates you want explore.

      Cons

      Small company so roles wear many hats.

      Great place to level up your skills if you’re interested in gaining full stack experience. Mostly laid back work culture Bring your dog to work Work in all levels of stack Team goes out to lunch every Friday Work on interesting projects for some cool companies (midsize to fortune 500)

      - Very flexible work hours. - Nice startup environment that won't drive you crazy or stress you out too much - The ability to contribute where ever you want on the product or at the company, truly where ever - Awesome team, full of passionate employees that care about the product
