Pros
Lower level staff were all very nice people. No one is really ambitious so it's a 9-5 job really, no matter at what level you work. So if you like that then this is the place for you.
Cons
Senior staff member were generally unprofessional. There are many, many lifers at Atradius, so there is a general lack of ambition that permeates the place. Once you're in you can stay forever because there's no need to really perform an not much is expected of you. Whole families work at Atradius in Wales. They drive into work with mom and dad. Spooky.
