Office in the middle of Barcelona

Cons

Low salary compared with other companies. Chaos between departments. Managers don't know about the business. Not innovation. Old technology and infrastructure. In my experience, I suffered mobbing from my co-workers, neither mi manager nor HR department was interested in the problem. No comments.

Pros

Technical level is relatively high compared to other companies in the city that use the PHP language. Well connected by public transport to be near the metro, bus and rail. It is a brand recognized by the people and has good reputation. Mostly co-workers are good people.

Cons

Managers don't know about the business (react very slow to market and copy the competence). Isn't an innovative company. Has low salaries compared with other companies with the similar level. High rotation on employees. Mismanagement with employees (expectations, egos, salaries ...).

- Very nice work environment - It's like being in family - Good co-workers - Good Management - They care for all the employees - In IT they use good practices - It's a place where people in general want to be a lot of time - It's a company that rewards good attitude - There are a lot of people that are always glad to help you
