Pros

Pretends to be a fancy agency/part of KBS with a lot of happy hours (drinking is encouraged at work)

Cons

I read the glassdoor reviews before coming here and should have paid more attention to them. The work environment is cliquey and most people there, with a few exceptions, are airheaded, entitled millennials with no work ethic. There's no training. There is barely any new business and the clients that do sign on with them never renew their contracts because Attention does such a bad job. It's almost embarrassing to be on their client-facing team. The upper management is out of touch and constantly flying off to different conferences and SXSW, etc. while the lower level associates do terrible work.
