If you value your career growth and peace of mind, think twice before joining the Business Development Department at Attero Recycling. The environment is extremely toxic and filled with unnecessary micro-management at every level. Seniors often lack professionalism and basic respect while dealing with employees. Internal politics is deeply rooted, making it very difficult to work freely or grow. The average tenure of a BD employee here is barely 5–6 months, as most people leave due to the poor culture, constant pressure, and lack of support. Joining here can seriously impact your career progression and mental well-being.
