Pros

The business was so slow I could craft while I was on the clock. That was fun

Cons

I couldnt hire an ASM, we were overloaded on inventory, they were slow to fix ANY problems we had, out was constantly stretched thin. We could have only a very small staff and there was no room for error. One person got sick and we were screwed. One time I went into overtime by less than an hour and got in trouble.

Pros

Honestly not very many pros if any.

Cons

The corporate office for the most part is rude to store level employees. They are short with you as well as unprofessional. The policies are not well defined and they seem to bend the rules to issue documentation and move people out of roles. They pretend pretty hard to care about stores. Good luck hearing anything back when you need something from corporate. Not to mention theres barely enough hours to go around. They removed the ASM role because they didnt have enough hours.
