The people I work with at my massage envy.

Cons

Very bad management. Greedy owners who bought our massage envy and cut our pay, took away our free massages and are always asking us to pick up more hours. Managers are always stressed and they mess with your paychecks.

Their company name is cool. However, it is sad that they pride themselves on the integrity and humility that Atticus Finch lived in To Kill a Mockingbird, but I have yet to see a sliver of that integrity from them.

Cons

They expect more work for less money. I have never seen so many greedy top level managers, who do not understand their business model. They talk to us like we are children. They continually pay their employees incorrectly, and make it impossible to make bonus and commission incentives. It is almost as if they would like us to work for free. One of their Chief Operating Officers, even brags about how he lives a multi-million dollar lifestyle, while his employees live pay check to pay check and they continually take the money out of their pockets.

Bottom line is all that matters to them. Too prideful to admit when they’ve done something wrong.
