Has potential to be GOOD company

Pros

Fresh meal, state of the art building with a gym and trainer onsite, as well as a full bar. A lot of amenities, perks, and gifts. Pay is good

Cons

Everything that shines isn't always gold. It's a small company and it feel as such. Everything is Very manual, the processes are not efficient and can be very counter productive at times. Management is VERY hands on with daily operations which can be overbearing, to the point where individuals are afraid to make even the smallest of mistakes. It is begining to feel more like a dictatorship rather than a place of employment. HR department was officially set up a few months ago. No real Employee Resource Groups. Receiving gifts and all the perks is cool, but it doesn't take away from the overall feeling that some of us are not happy in the office. Upper management frowns upon the idea of an hybrid schedule (but provides you with a complete work from home setup, which doesn't make sense) Culture is decent.

Pros

Beautiful office, workout facility, great coworkers

Cons

There’s no clear expectations of rules. Full bar downs stairs, but if you use it Senior Management will punish you. Full workout facility, but only allowed to use it at certain, unspoken, times. Some employees are allowed to work remotely, some can request work from home days, some have to be in office. No rhyme or reason as to who is allowed, just whether you have the approval of VP. HR is brand new and is an arm of the CEO, does not advocate for employees.

Strong company culture. Lots of amenities that you don’t find at many offices.

Cons

Expectations can be high but they give you a lot but while they expect a lot out of you.
