Pros

None nothing was good about working there.

Cons

Currently worked at attune foods as a temp was there for over 3 months never late never missed a day in the first 3 months I called in one day because I was sick. And they used that one day as a excuse to let me go and tried saying I couldn't handle graveyard while many other Temps missed several days a week but still worked there. I've overheard supervisors there talking bad about employees and the way they treat you there is like they are better then you because your a temp. They don't really care for their employees there and that's why they are always having to bring new ones in. They don't train you really well they constantly switch the lines your working on and never tell you what your doing wrong they will just randomly let you go. My advice is find a job somewhere else it's a horrible company to work for the supervisors are horrible at there jobs the line leads and qas just stand around all night especially one certain one Kristina she just bullies the temps. They need new management and they need to learn how to train people instead of just throwing people on a line and expecting them to know everything.

Pros

Wages are OK for similar jobs in the area, due to the size of the company. Some really great people still work here, but unfortunately are too swamped with extra job duties to really shine. Job security is OK as long as you don't ever question what you are told and keep your head down.

Cons

At one time, communication was good from upper management down to the newest employee, but that is no longer the case. Managers don't really understand the fundamentals of their own departments, and are not concerned with the needs of the employees. All of the longer term management has been fired or moved to better things, and the new hot shots have no clue. Typical manufacturing company in that the work is mundane, and you are just a number in the corporate filing cabinet. As a previous manager, the support system is non existent. The fears of the hourly folks are valid, and management just doesn't care about anything other than their own agenda (job). No possible way to move up beyond the supervisor level and receive any sort of support.

Pros

Great people to work with, straight 40-hr week, scheduled days off, great time off package, decent benefits, and good pay for the work load.

Cons

Unforgiving attendance policy if you are concerned with negative marks against you, dis-concerned upper management concerning employee's opinion and mood, fluctuating employee moral, feast or famine work load
