Pros

Atturra has a high potential to be one of the biggest IT/Tech services and consulting. The services offered by consultants are best of class.

Cons

If you're a manager or part of the leadership team, you can get away with bad behavior. No proper investigation and resolution of ethics-related escalations. This gives offenders confidence that what they are doing is ok and acceptable. We're in the modern age where legacy work and mindset should be recalibrated. Atturra is not a military base to begin with so they need to adjust on how corporate culture works.

Pros

Some of the staff are so lovely to work with.

Cons

They keep acquiring new companies, spending money on that instead of looking after the staff already there. They promise no redundancies when there is a new acquisition but they still get rid of many people. They talk a lot about the culture and how important it is but all BUs are treated very independently, there's no UNITY as a WHOLE company. HR is also useless.

Pros

Federal Government clients Good Agile practices and content Good for someone who wants to learn about Project Management basics Some really good BAs and Tech staff to work with

Cons

This company has too many bosses. There is no empathy to the employees' well being unless it is for 'show' purposes like town halls or off sites. There is close to zero communication when a consultant is assigned to a project, they are more focused to keep you busy rather include you in a project from start. Organizing meetings during lunch breaks is a norm !! Senior managers like to organize meetings to discuss another meeting. No Leaders here, only bosses. Most senior managers operate with minimal empathy or respect, there is no 'sorry' or 'please' culture here. Your senior managers do not care if you have calendar blocked for admin or have a clash, they will still go ahead and put meetings in your diary. On any given day, 7-8 meetings becomes normal with minimal productivity. They like to create urgency and put employees under pressure instead. Their most seniors DMs, SMs or even tech leads will not include you in the most important conversations or bother to give you a heads up about what was discussed, instead they will let you run around like a headless chicken to find answer. If you want to join this company please do your research.
