No work life balance - a Sweat shop!

Pros

new people works really hard but taken advantage of

Cons

14 years in business, 3 management are the only one who's been there for years, the rest are not even 6 months, very HIGH turn over rate. If you dont like stability, security or your sleep, then slave away yourself. People come and go, shows that they dont appreciate their employees and only used them until they either get fired or forced to quit because management have no respect of their personal lives. Its not a company, its a sweat shop who used talented people, no appreciation at all. Employees deserve to have a life outside work too you, their own time and space.

Absolutely terrible

Pros

Close to Sheppard subway station

Cons

I want to warn all potential candidates for Atum about this company. All the 5 stars review are fake. This company has only 10 people and there are this many 5 star reviews ... it can't get any faker than that! Terrible workplace, lots of politics, lots of unpaid overtime and very shady consulting practices. Most workers (if not all) are unhappy with their job. Toxic atmosphere. Turn over rate is very high.

Atum Response

Hi there, We asked all our employees to share their experience with working at Atum as one person was posting multiple, negative reviews. There is nothing fake about our positive reviews nor our fun loving culture – we invite any potential employee to come live in a day at Atum before accepting a position. Also: 1. The company has been growing significantly month over month for the past 2 years. If you really did work here, you would have known we haven’t had 10 employees for MANY years. We invite anyone to come pop by our office and do a headcount :) 2. We do frequent one on one meetings to ensure everyone is happy and give everyone the opportunity to express how they feel so we can keep everyone loving their work. It’s strange that all of these negative reviews written in the same grammar patterns started when the only employee that has been terminated was let go. Strange! 3. Overtime is discouraged and has a tracking mechanism to ensure employees are recognized for anytime or effort that goes above and beyond. 4. Please move on, we are tired of dealing with your repetitive false accusations. We have a fantastic culture and company thanks to our people, we invite anyone who wants to join our team to drop by the office at ANY TIME or join us on our next team building event. Go karts! Which is next week.
