      Pros

      Most of the people are amazing and fantastic to work with. Emphasis on hiring people that fit the “culture”, aka people that are nice to work with. Fantastic projects and growth opportunity.

      Cons

      clients and their projects are fairly demanding. Important to set expectations and boundaries early on, otherwise work life balance will suffer. Bit of a old boys club mentality within higher management levels.

      I have been with Atwell for 2 years now and love my job. Culturally this is a large company with a small company feel My training and development has always been supported corporately as well as from direct leadership Opportunities to grow in various industries and sectors Remote/Hybrid model that actually works for its people Work Life Balance is a high priority

      Utilization requirements can be stressful Miscommunication across the offices - slightly differing standards and cultures per office
