Great work environment that truly supports growth. You’re encouraged to take ownership of your development, and the company provides the tools and support to help you succeed. The team is genuinely invested in one another’s success, and the culture reflects that—we don’t just talk about our core values, we live them. Leadership actively seeks feedback and new ideas and truly takes them into consideration, putting them into action when it’s in the best interest of the team and company.
Cons
Growth opportunities are there, but you must be proactive and take ownership of your development. The environment can be fast-paced and evolving, which requires flexibility and adaptability.

Pros
There is always something to do. The people you get to work with are great and work well together. Maintenance is responsive and driven.
Cons
Management does not support those under them or each other. Lack of resources, training, and the people that do stick it out get buried under an overload of tasks. Very toxic environment with little room for growth and no support from those you need it most from.
