The property had really great potential.

Cons

Something close to 50%+ YTD turnover. Horribly mismanaged. Upper management is constantly in useless meetings that never go anywhere. Communication is nonexistent. Refuse to promote from within. Understaffed. Underpaid. Overworked. Constantly hiring the wrong people for management. T+C is useless. This place has totally nose-dived since I started. Everything here is overpriced fake luxury. Nobody cares about quality.

Not structured, but try’s to be. Individual hotels need a lot of help. Too many directors that are not experienced.
