      Pros

      The entire company is at your fingertips. Everyone is willing to work at anytime of the day for you, to help you be as successful as possible. The CEO believes in a sales first attitude and affectionately calls his sales floor a pirate ship. This is not a company you work at for pizza's on Friday and a fun work and play environment. You are there to drive business and they will pay you VERY well to do so.

      Cons

      None. If they didn't need to scale back their business to adjust for COVID-19 I'd be working there today.

      Pros

      You have direct access to management and all the way up to the CEO. This helps speed up the learning process and fosters continued growth. The payment plan is unique for the industry in thay you will more than fouble your base salary if you're hitting quota. And there's no reason not to be on target with the best in class product in a global market.

      Cons

      There can be some late hours involved, but it's mainly because we do work globally. You can always be prospecting because theres always a market open.
