This is a 14 year old company working as a startup still with only 30 employees. Management (2 founders) heavily relies on micro managing, hence employees
can't expect to bring our their ideas or creativity. All Saturday's are working except second Saturday. No hybrid or remote jobs provided. Politics do happen even though there are only 30 employees . The management works on hire and fire basis. You can be fired without any prior notice at any given time. As such job stability you can't expect from this company. This company as I told is good for freshers and interns. Not at all good for senior positions as there is no growth in the company and there are only 30 employees overall. No future growth for employees in Edumilestones as it is neither expanding nor growing.
