New product with super motivating value prop and interesting technology challenges. Extremely sensible and efficient tech leadership. Small agile tech team with opportunities to take on new projects. Flexible working hours in fully remote work setup. Decent vacation time.
Cons
It's fully remote so can feel a bit isolating if your work is mainly IC.
