Demoralising workloads with no real support or actual funding to help. Poor HR policy and procedures if any, a lot is coming soon but without actually materialising, lack of support from HR in general, very good at throwing any points back at you. No sense of team or cross departmental synergy, everything seems fractured and in points opposing as opposed to actually working together. Lack of career paths and development available, there is an L&D person who does a fantastic job but it’s also clear there’s a lack of buy in from those needed to roll out.
