Pros

1. People are nice and eager to teach you how to improve. 2. There is a good work environment. 3. Medical benefits and salary are pretty good in Chile. 4. Work hours are very flexible. 5. Very flexible pto and sick days.

Cons

1. Things are constantly changing, and make things uncertain. 2. There is a lot of push to generate new features, which makes the product generate technical debt every day lol. 3. The product is super old and has an ancient stack, which makes working on it tedious from time to time.

Pros

I love AV Fridays - it gives me time to do my contemporary art.

Cons

Aside from my poor salary, they actually structured the team and laid off some leaders days after they hired a new marketer so I think the company needs to get its head on straight. I'm applying to new jobs ASAP given the lacklustre structure of the company.
