Pros
- Total autonomy. One of the best things about this company. You get the tools you need and you just get the job done. - Fantastic product. The company will grow organically due to having such an awesome product structure. Give it 5-6 years and audio network will be the number 1 production music library in the creative industry. -Great team. Very small but very hardworking. - Awesome client base. Very creative people and you will be working with some of the best in the business.
Cons
- Sales management. Very hierarchical and unwilling to listen to the needs of it's staff. Their way or the highway. Won't budge on anything and makes sure you know that they are in charge. - Not much career progession. Hierarchy is in place so forget moving up the corporate ladder. - Terrible culture. The culture of the team was straight sales. There is no reward or incentive to work harder other than your own satisfaction. Sales management demands high amount of sales turnover but no incentives for team once targets are reached. No team building exercises and team morale was extremely low when I left. - No 'HR' department. Absolutely nowhere to turn if you're having issues internally.
