The company provided consistent payment and the work was not difficult to understand.

Cons

• Certain people were clearly favored, and advancement seemed entirely dependent on being part of that group • I was routinely excluded from information and decisions that directly affected my work • The division between insiders and outsiders was painfully clear • Everyone outside the established circle seemed to be held to a different standard • Social dynamics determined everything from scheduling to who got helpful feedback and who did not

It’s a young company, there’s still a lot of room for improvement.

Cons

The company pays employees very cheap. They hire inexperienced people and expects them to instantly be a professional after a few days off training! Ridiculous. Management keeps reminding people of quality and productivity when they don’t even pay us that much.
