The team is vibrant, creative and skilled. I have loved seeing the team grow and expand their expertise. A bunch of passionate music and audio nerds at heart.

No stress job, as there are no targets, KPIs, revenue goals. Young team of audio engineers in US office are a good group of talented and creative people.
Cons
Absence of real leadership, so this company is going nowhere slowly. It's a zombie company: aimless with questionable IP, and no reliable revenue.
