Lack of vision and impulsive

I accepted the offer and joined this company without doing enough research on the cofounders. Leadership is impulsive with no vision. Random thoughts each day and each time they speak. Work from home is the only benefit but everyone is working from home. Deeply disappointed and feel betrayed.

Cons

I learned very late about the impulsiveness and history of certain cofounder for his previous startup. An impulsive person with clear toxic intentions. I am waiting to get over the 1 year cliff to get out of this place. I learned about people who were fired couple weeks shy off their 1 year cliff in a previous startup due to impulsiveness. I learned of very disturbing information about mode and biased hiring firing on the previous startup.

This review is patently false -- For example "people who were fired couple weeks shy off their 1 year cliff". How can this be, when the company didn't incorporate until 2019 and shares were not offered until 2020? This is either a troll or a bot.

Overall, it's a great startup company with the right technology catching the ML/AI revolution, bringing productivity boost to a long under-served business sector. Great execution. Hitting the critical milestones and getting validations from customers and investors. Flexible with remote working and hours, which is important during the pandemic.

Cons

Typical startup phase anxiety. Not everything is well organized, directions/priorities may shift quickly based on customer feedback. Not necessarily negative, just the startup life one needs to get used to.
