--Be ready for 2 yr bond --Be ready to work 24*7 and even in your home --Even if your profile is technical you will be doing non -tech work --Even if you decide to leave the company, then they will not give you an Experience letter, relieving letter. -- Be 100% sure during background verification from other companies, they make sure to give negative feedback. This happens with all ex-employees. -- They always hold grudges against ex-employee. --They can fire anyone without any notice and without giving them any time. --if you don't work on Sunday, your salary will be deducted.

freshers are most welcome who don't have any knowledge.

Cons

Frankly speaking lots of cons about this company. First of all it is not a software company. No proper management. You need to work 24x7 without any extra incentive or any reward. Be ready for 2 year bond if you are willing to join this company and the most important thing you have to do the written work (Assignment for foreign customers) all the time. No proper software or technological work. In simple words they are fooling the newbies. If you are ready to ruin your career then you can join this company. Company experience letter is nothing more than a normal paper in the market.
