Pros
Great team with deep industry experience. Lots of responsibility at all levels of seniority. Focussed work environment while also friendly and supportive. Exposure to Europe's leading fintechs through the Augmentum portfolio and new deal flow. High levels of engagement with industry initiatives around diversity and inclusion in tech.
Cons
Lots of time spent working as an individual. Limited formal feedback.

Pros
Hugely experienced team from both an investor and entrepreneurial standpoint. Inclusive and welcoming environment to work with great differentiation compared to other players in the VC space
Cons
Small team with a large focus on autonomous work, so if you are looking for a more rigid structure probably not the most suitable work environment.
