Pros
Great culture, the company is very keen on getting together monthly for happy hours, or weekly for team sports (neither of which is mandatory) . Also, the company has a great open door police between employees and upper Managment, which is a breath of fresh air in this field. As for benefits, the company provides full medical and dental coverage, and 401k, also, the amount of leave they provide is about 20% higher than the rest of the industry.
Cons
The cons are on about the industry as a whole, and not this company. Consulting in general can be fast paced, and stressful! However, the team work here does help to remedy that.
