Pros

Salary comes written on your offer letter. Sometimes 2-4 days delay but comes in account.

Cons

Each and every single thing is handled by two owners like: 1) The person moving for break of ten minutes ("come to cabin xyz name") 2) The person taking leave of half day, full day or more. ("message to manager- disapprove all his/her leaves) 3) The task in projects has been listed by the person in project group or not (every day). (BDM rejects if work has lag) 4) Person is late in morning or not. ( message to hr that interrogate and give warning to him/her) 5) The increament is not there for everyone. If person has dependency of project and urgent hiring can't be done and person has resigned in that situation only then they will increase. 6) Things written on offer letter is not true like: (i) hybrid culture as work from home to them is like poison given by candidate to them and time doctor takes money which they do not have much. (ii) 4 percent bonus and any bonus is not been given to anyone including me since last 2.5 years (iii) out of town trip is a myth 7) Changing 5 day working into 6 day working randomly anytime. Which person has to be layed off even after star performance due to project completion. By HANDLING I mean, HR, managers, receptionist is just for vacant seats they don't have any role in building your app or career since all of its is handled by messages that owner sends to them for each and every employee. For this handling they have installed high quality sound capturing cameras to focus on your system and your voice and apart from it They have some three to four permanent employees who play crucial role in passing out your info to the owner. One is BDM, one is Head HR, one is in system management and pharma business manager since all of them are here from starting of the company.

Cons

1. Worst company 2. No professionalism 3. Worst work culture 4. No respect is given to juniors by seniors 5. Fakeness at its peak 6. Male superiority 7. Toxic culture 8. Seniors talk on unnecessary topics and try to get too personal and it gets very unprofessional and uncomfortable 9. No knowledge of how to speak, they don't even speak well in Hindi!! 10. HR has no knowledge of work and is completely dumb 11. People do not have any idea how to communicate 12. Salary issues 13. Leave issues 14. Office environment and are issues 15. Language is really unprofessional 16. No one is humble, polite, helpful, or cooperative 17. Work on weekends too, and assign work like you are a human slave 18. Seniors will give you their work too 19. Manipulate you, treat you badly, and threaten you about your job, and if you complain they will treat you like you are invisible for some time and then make you leave. 20. Intentionally humiliate, disrespect, and shout at you in front of other employees and somehow manipulate your hard work into looking like bad work or unprofessionalism. I can write more points but I guess by now it is clear what kind of a company it is, every comment is fake and forced by superiors. Beware !!!

Bad Working Experience

Pros

I made some good friends.

Cons

I feel compelled to write this review to express my deep disappointment with the Human Resources department at Augurs. As an employee I expected a certain level of professionalism integrity and efficiency from our HR team. However my experience with them has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost it appears that the HR department is not actively performing their responsibilities. Their lack of engagement and involvement in employee matters such as addressing concerns and promoting a healthy work environment is highly concerning. It feels as though they are simply present for the sake of being present doing little more than filling seats and collecting paychecks. It has become evident that there is a significant issue of partiality within the department, as some employees are shown favoritism while others are unjustly treated. This not only creates a toxic work environment, but also hinders the overall productivity and growth of the company. Furthermore their lack of accountability is evident through their consistent failure to adhere to company policies and procedures. Instead of guiding employees through the necessary protocols they often appear clueless and ill-prepared. This lack of commitment and understanding creates confusion among employees making it increasingly challenging for any issues to be resolved effectively. Perhaps the most appalling aspect of my experience with the HR department is their use of foul language. As professionals entrusted with the wellbeing and development of employees it is utterly unacceptable for them to resort to offensive and vulgar language. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the HR department but it also sets a toxic example for the entire workforce. Unfortunately despite numerous attempts to communicate and address these concerns no meaningful improvement has been observed. It is disheartening to witness the HR department's complacency and indifference towards their responsibilities. Their lack of action perpetuates a sense of frustration leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. It is my sincere hope that the company management acknowledges these deficiencies within the HR department and takes immediate action to rectify the situation. The HR team must be held accountable for their lack of professionalism and their failure to promote a positive work environment. Without a dedicated and competent HR department employee morale and overall company culture will continue to suffer. In conclusion my experience with the HR department at Augurs has been extremely disappointing. Their lack of engagement failure to fulfill responsibilities and offensive language usage are entirely unacceptable. I strongly urge company management to address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to create a functioning and supportive HR department
