The people are what make August Ash great. And that **includes** the leadership. I am not on the management team, but I have always felt like my opinion matters and my voice is heard by those running this company. I authentically enjoy my coworkers and am often challenged by their creativity and passion. August Ash allows us, the employees, the freedom to make decisions daily which have big impacts on our clients. They trust us to be experts in our areas of work. This means we have the ability to experiment and explore new technologies and ways of doing things which ultimately benefits our clients and keeps us on the forefront of our fast-moving industry.
