As part of our commitment to being a great place to work, we have an Employee Advisory Board with several committees, including a DEI Committee, a Recruitment Committee, and an Innovation and Growth Hub. Each of these committees serves to make August Mack a welcoming and fulfilling place to work. Over the course of the last two years we have overhauled our career progressions, reviewed and enhanced our pay structure, and extended our benefits to offer more flexible work schedules, parental leave, short term disability, mentorship, management and leadership training, and remote work options.
