- High employee (director & C-suite) turnover made consistency in management impossible - Information Silos without modern system engineering practices in place - multiple acquisitions focused too much on re-vamping the management structure and not enough on engineering resources or practice - Underfunded with large wage and age gaps made expectations unclear and unbalanced.
