Pros
Leadership at Augustus has some of the best talent, direction, and strategy on the planet. Augustus invests in its employees and is an amazing start up to work for. The office is inspirational and the culture is great. The ethics of the firm are aligned with my own and i feel they are always working diligently to change for world for the better. The opportunity to work at Augustus has completely changed my life for the better.
Cons
Lots of work, long hours, but a rewarding challenge. Typical chaotic startup environment

Pros
It's a small team, creativity and innovative ideas are encouraged, you know you make an impact, opinions can be shared. Unlimited vacation policy is really nice. Benefits are amazing (healthcare 100% paid for, for example).
Cons
There's a lot of work. Nevertheless you need to be able to set goals for yourself. That could be a pro if you are a proactive person. It's a con if you struggle with work/life balance.
