      Pros

      the only pro is that they might close this company soon which will save lot of people outside there.

      Cons

      1) they don’t share experience letter if you don’t give them business for three years 2) they ll cut your salaries into half if they are unable to deploy you in any of the location in India 3) if you resign, they ll fire you without notice and without giving any experience letter 4) highly unprofessional practices
