Pros

other then nice colleagues there is no pros at all

Cons

- lazy management - set target over limit - pushing teacher for all targets - teacher will need to do every things by ourself if there is no admin - no appreciation if we hit target, but once our number drop we get lots of useless training and warning - use to have company annual trip but not anymore in these few years - all about number , target - stressful work

Pros

everyone immediate around you are super nice and friendly. only pro of this job

Cons

they are so insistent on their own syllabus, they fail to see how much of a failure the product has been. Absolute joke of a syllabus. They will put the blame on you if parents/students dont stick with aureus interactive. This is a hill upper management is willing to die on lol. They expect a book designed for 6 year olds to work with adults/teenagers lol. Make it make sense please, cause I dont know who came up with that idea. Obviously they are very azy to create something for other demographics. You can tell there is very little to no testing done. Syallbus is built with money in mind instead of students, and its VERY obvious, even parents can see it :D Money driven, they dont care about teachers. if you dont pull in the numbers, you're forced to attend useless meetings and trainings that are supposed to "help" you. When you attend these meeting, its obvious trainers do not care and use ChatGPT to make their slides. Shows how invested they are in "training" employees. Its obvious its to waste employees time. Some performance scheme's clearly go againt the law. Medical leave is a right entitlled to all working in SG. Why are teachers told to limit their mc to qualify for an incentive scheme? hmmm seems fishy to me :P Too many examples of shady stuff going on in the company. MOM help take a look into this :D
