      Pros

      This company has people who genuinely care about finding jobs for their candidates and providing the best candidates for their clients. They demonstrate and live the values in their company mission.

      Cons

      They did not have the option to work remotely but that changed during the pandemic.

      Pros

      I only give 4/5 stars overall because there were several changes in management for a 1-year period that was disruptive to the team. But quite honestly, this was one of the best jobs I've ever had. GREAT training program, fun, challenging and rewarding environment. You have to put in the work, but the rewards are worth it.

      Cons

      Would have liked to see more of a career map to continue to grow and advance. Bonus structure at times was difficult to meet, as well as metrics.
