      worst ever company in my life. worst company policies. I don't want to give 1 rating also. If there is a chance i will give negative rating. There is a bond for a period of 3.5 years. If fail to serve for 3.5 years they will charge you around 1.5 lakhs (if you serve notice period) If you fail to serve 3 months notice period they will charge you 3 months salary (total CTC, not basic) worst ever company policies. Only higher level management enjoy in this company because they don't have work there. only 0-4 years experience employees will work there. Rest of the people will depend on fresher employees. whatever i have earned money in this company i have repaid total for the sake of experience letter. Structured bond is a trap. Better don't dare to go for this company.
