Cons
A group of senior management for a handful of their labs is the worst there is. They never listen, are always rude, cut you down, never encourage, micromanage, and they make work a terrible place to be. They manage in a negative way that makes everyone hate their jobs. They should know, it is simple to treat others the way you want to be treated. Our lab was a wonderful place to work before Aurora took over. I loved coming to work. Now I cringe and can not wait till I find a new job. The patient is first to most of the staff, but money and profit take precedence in the corporate world. The whip lashing culture trickles down from the top ....
