Pros
If you love doing sales or are a young go getter..go for it.
Cons
No base salary and 100% commission. They sit you down during the second interview and give you a step by step book of how you work your way up to management and earn "6 figures". They don't tell you up front that they are a multilevel marketing firm. This is a firm who sells AT&T Uverse by door to door sales. They wouldn't answer my questions regarding the actual position till the second interview where everything was sugarcoated.

Pros
The management team there is very caring and willing to go out of their way to help you. It has more of a family feel atmosphere. The hands on training is amazing. I've taken away so much knowledge and experience that will help me in whatever I choose to do.
Cons
There is one sales rep I feel is too pushy when he makes his closes.
