Management expect you to finish tasks/projects in a fast and unrealistic time frame. If you don’t, you are looked down upon on and made to feel bad about oneself. Pay is extremely low for the amount of work you handle. It’s hard to get a raise here and if so, it’s pennies (literally). Upper management don’t appreciate you and don’t care. They only help those like them.

Their pay is significantly lower than the standard average in the industry. The turnover rate for this company is extremely high. They hire incompetent workers, including those who are in managerial levels. The upper management only cares about themselves. No opportunities for growth or any significant raises.
