Pros
Flexible yet fairly consistent scheduling, minimum interaction with clients (managers handle the client end), low stress when you get used to the usual hiccups/issues of the job
Cons
Required to always work on holidays, last minute schedule changes, no actual full time opportunities even with the "full time" title

You get to meet new cats all the time -owners and management are nice and understanding -it’s nice to get to drive around and mix it up most days -if there’s ever a problem managers will do whatever possible to help you or guide you
Cons
-Can be kind of high pressure sometimes to complete all of the tasks, add detailed report, and photos in the allotted (usually 20 minute) time frame -The pay isn’t that great
